Please Resync for my new iPhone 5

Hi 

 

Please can you force a resync to my sure signal - serial number 40112831512

 

I have just upgraded from an iPhone 3gs to an iPhone 5 & a new nano sim.  I have tried rebooting the sure signal & also removing my iPhone 5 phone number & readding it to the sure signal but its still not picking it up.  I have been waiting for 3 days now since I got the iPhone 5 for the sure signal to pick up my new phone/sim but sadly no sign of life.  It is however still working fine with iPhone 4 that we have in the house.

Not sure if a re sync has been sent but I've just got home & my phone. Ow has a full signal off the sure signal, good times! :Smiling:

That's great to hear. We hadn't got to your initial post yet as we work them in time order, so it just sounds like there was a delay in the Sure Signal picking up the new SIM card.

 

If you do have any issues down the line, let us know!

Cheers Dave, all good still here. I'm thinking with a sim change it just takes a while (as in days) for the phone, sim, sure signal & network to all sync up together.
