My iphone 5 will not connect to Sure Signal, other phones will. Tried all suggestions so far to no avail.

Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi Gary,
I’ve just checked the serial number that you’ve provided, as I was going to resync your Sure Signal for you, but it’s coming back as an invalid number.
Serial numbers are 11 digits long, but the one you’ve given only has 10. Can you check the number please and post back, and then we can resync your Sure Signal for you.

HI Gary,
Thanks for giving me your serial number - I've checked and your Sure Signal ujpdated last night with us.
It could be that the unit isn't pivking up on the SIM change yet so I've resynched this as andy suggested, please hard reset your Sure Signal and let me know how you get on.
