Hi,
I have read the trouble shooting..
I registered my sure signal yesterday morning (presumbly only additional numbers to my number need adding - mine will have automatically added once registered? I received a text from sure signal telling me it was ready to use..
I have, at present (on a sure signal 2 I think), a red solid light (power?) and then a blinking light that looks like a wireless sign (like the ascending bars of signal strength). Nothing else.
I have tried to reset the sure signal and also turned it off at the plug.
The back of the sure signal tells me it is connected to the router (have two coloured lights), one yellow and one green.
Without wanting to sound petty, this is my lasy chance with Vodafone. I live in a modern, urban area in a second floor apartment and my signal is awful. Like no service most of the time.
My friends, on other networks, have 3g or at worse a good signal!
I really want this to help my terrible signal, so would appreciate your help.
Thank you in advance.
Andy

Thank you for your help.
I have tried on 5 consective days, speaking with advisors at Vodafone; each asking me for info (resetting ss and iphone etc) and then being told it would be working in so many hours, and/or by a certain time. But of course it isn't. Totally fed up. I am paying nearly £50 a month to have a terrible signal or No Service on my mobile; now I am wasting so much time in trying to get the supposed solution to work. This is not good enough I am afraid.
Anyway, this is my last hope so here are the results of what you asked for, Matt. I hope you can help and I appreicate your time.
Currrently, I have just the red power light showing.
Over the last few days I have had mainly the red light and the first white light (solid), with the occasional blinking of the two white lights.
