After having my S4 for a while, I've had an issue with the battery. I rang Vodafone and said that I needed a replacement battery. I was told I couldn't get one over the phone and to go into a store. I asked the customer service representative if they could call the store to check whether they have one in stock as I was at work and it was about ten miles away. He said that they had them in stock and should be able to get one there and then. When I drove over on my Lunch I was told "Oh actually we don't carry those in stock" But it's ok we can get one delivered by post. Two weeks later.... No Battery. Think I'll call customer service as there's probably a hold up with it, We can't check that system. Oh ok can you call them and see if there's a hold up... No we can't but here's the number. Give them a call on the suggested number (A mobile number) And no answer I have called ten times, And there's no answer not even a voicemail. Normally I'd just go there and check but as it's 50 miles away from my home I need to be certain it's there before I make a most likely pointless journey.
Feeling very disappointed as despite my best efforts nobody at Vodafone actually seems to care about good customer service.

Hi there
My advice would be to try your local Samsung Repair Centre as they normally have stock of the batteries. They may want to look over your handset first just to make sure that everything is okay with it.
