Port Forwarding on Vodafone

Hello, I have recently joined Vodafones broadband and I went onto the network settings but I couldn't find any port forwarding settings. There isn't any information on how to do it either online. Is there any way of port forwarding on vodafone?

Ok so I had another look on the vodafone control panel and found port mapping. This is apparently the port forwarding although, I don't know what to put in the local port. Do you know what to put there?

can see what your ment to do but it never works , been tring for days to port forward port 80 and 22
