Cancelling contract

Hi

I got my contract phone on monday and only been 2 days and i want to cancel the whole thing. Is it possible to cancel my contract as it has only been 2 days since i did the contract and got the phone, and will i have to pay anything extra?

Yes you have a 30 day cooling off period.

You'd only be charged for what you've used. 

If taken out via a store then take everything back. 

Of taken out online then call 191 or use Live chat. 

Do not cancel your direct debit. 

You'll get a £0 bill and Sorry Your Leaving Letter which confirms it's all cancelled.

No.

The Early Termination Fee would only be applicable if you had passed the initial 30 days cooling off period.

If you took the contract out at a store then Yes take it back to them. 

Be be sure to return the phone, SIM card, any accessories such as earphones and charger ,and its retail box. 

Any paperwork too.
