Porting my old number issues !! Thinking of cancelling contract

Hi

I have been trying to port my old number from pay as you go to pay monthly. It has now taken 4 days and no still news! I have filled out the online form on monday 26th January.

 

I have spoken to people on the phone and chat and they still cant give me a timeframe (the chat online assured me 2 hours but basically lied).

 

This is getting so annoying now i need my old number. I would not have signed up with vodafone monthly if i knew this would happen.

Please help me

@OLIBUTHLAY This transfer of your number should be a fairly easy process, so I'm not quite sure as to why it's taking a little longer than expected. We'd hate to see that you're considering cancelling because of this and we'd be more than happy to take a look and help out where possible.
