Hi
Trying to set this up ver 3. The signal account is registered but
Any ideas please. We have satellite internet, just wondering if the long latency has anything yo do with this?
The Bar is solid not flashing
The Internet is soid orange
The signal is off
The phone is solid orange

Thanks for the answer but the lights on the suggested link do not match any of the sequences of lights on our ver 3 device?

Hi Does anybody know please, is it possible to plug the Sure device into an extension lead socket or does it have to go diectly into a mains wall socket.

Having your device plugged into an extention cable rather than directly into the wall shoudn't make a difference.
Please provide the following information so we can look into your issues further:
Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
