Recently had a software update on my samsung 5s and since the update I am unable to access 4g. After the update i received a text saying "looks like youve swapped your sim" but nothing to explain how to access 4g. My mobile data is switched on and text messages and phone calls are working, its just the 4g, 3g etc.

Hi,
Are there any issues reported in the Vodafone network checker.
Please also use the Zoom out feature in the map to also check surrounding masts.
Can you try your Sim Card in another phone as a process of elimination to rule out the phone or sim card that may be at fault. And if possible try another SIM card in your phone.
Customer Service via 191 or Live chat will be able to check your account.
Take into to account a sim swap can take 24 hours to fully settle.
After a Firmware Update if things are glitching it's suggested to perform a back up and perform a Factory reset from the phones settings.
