I am having a nightmare getting an SIM unlock code for my device. I tried filling in the online form ... I was told no, as I am a business customer, contact our account manager. I asked our VCol rep to contact the account manager, and was told sorry they wont do it either.
All the links on the vodafone site for "I'm having problems getting a network unlock code" dont go anywhere. Anyone got any suggestions?

Being on a Vodafone Business Account shouldn't affect an unlock request afaik.
One option would be to pick up a Vodafone Payg SIM card and use it in the phone for 30 days making calls,sending texts and using data and then use the new Payg information to request the unlock.
"Network unlock codes are free to all Consumer and Small Business customers." From Vodafone Unlocking form.

Thanks, i'll try the PAYG method, which is a pain in backside tho. Completing the form mentioned only gives the standard response:

Appreciate the Payg route isn't the quickest way but should help resolve this.
