Hi cazbuss 101,
Your traceroute isn't finishing at the correct destination.
Please re-boot your router and re-try the traceroute again and hopefully it will find Vodafone this time.
It should finish at an address similar to this .... 85.205.xxx.xxx
If it doesn't, you will need to speak to your internet service provider.
Also you have displayed the internal address of your router and not your external address,

Thanks I will try re starting my router again. Ive tried this a few times in the past 24 hours.
I have had the sure signal for nearly 18 months and ive had no problems since installing it.
However since last night, I just cant get to work.

I should have pointed out that the traceroute is only testing the route between your router and the Vodafone servers where the problem appears to be ...... the Sure Signal won't connect unless it can reach the Vodafone servers.
