Hi ... I've had my Suresignal for many years and was working perfectly for all registered phones prior to my wife switching to pay monthly from PAYG and I noticed that herphone wasn't working with SS any more (because I get No Signal or one dot on the iphone when next to the SS rather than five dots). So I got onto VF support and then did various things including a factory reset and a resynch (twice) but not it doesn't seem to be working for any phone. I've tried rebooting the SS and waiting for a couple of hours but there is still no life from the Suresignal. What should I do please ?

It maybe an idea to de register for 24 hours and then re register the number after that timeframe.
