Can someone please tell me why it takes vodafone so long to email out a proof of purchase to me? % or 7 working days is absolutely ridiculous to send an email!

It should take 5 working days which imo I think is about right for them to search for the supporting info and send it.
Totally agree any time to get the info needed for ie an insurance claim can be frustrating.
