Hi, 

 

How can I get a Proof of Usage?

 

Halifax who my insurance is with, require this for processing my insurance claim. 

 

I have spoken to someone at 191 Customer Services and the Live who cannot help me. They keep wanting to give me a bill or proof of purchase.

 

Can someone please help me!?

Appreciate needing this type of information is born from a loss or theft of the phone which is stressful enough. 

 

"If you need to make an insurance claim and your insurance company asks for proof of purchase, usage, barring or blacklisting for the device concerned, please complete this form

 

After sending your form, you’ll get an email from us confirming we’ve received it. We’ll reply with all the information you need within five working days, we can also send it directly to your insurer."
