Hi,
I have been calling Vodafone and been on live chat for the last 2 days trying to get a proof of address and proof of blacklisting for my stolen phone so I can make an insurance claim with my bank. I keep getting assured that the documents will be sent to my email and they never come through - I even emailed consumer@help.vodafone.co.uk requesting these documents and haven't heard back. This is simply ridiculous as you'd expect this to be a fairly standard procedure - I don't understand why is it so hard and it's extremely frustrating to the point I'm thinking of abandoning Vodafone altogether.
Can anyone please shed some light on how to retrieve these documents for a stolen phone??
Thank you,
Pedro

Hi
Does this help.
And the form to fill out here http://www.vodafone.co.uk/cs/groups/public/documents/webcontent/proof-of-purchase-form.pdf
Alternatively Live Chat or Cust service on 191 should be able to assist.

Thank you for your quick reply. Looks promising, I will try that. In 2 days I've had so much conflicting information from 191 and webchat including going to a shop (which I did and they couldn't help me), emailing consumer email with the request and simply providing all the info on web chat and phone with no results. I guess I could have googled it but it seems bizarre no-one has decided to point me to that form, feels like a fairly standard procedure.
Thanks again for your help.
