Hi,
I wonder why Vodafone don't supply along with the mobile ordered online for an upgrade. I am your customer for the past 5 years, am disappointed to such small things need to send a customer request and wait atleast until for about 48 hours? Is it our mistake in first place not having proof of purchase from such a valued mobile operator in the UK?
I sent my request which I need my proof of purchase included with my mobile IMEI number. Would greatly appreciated for the speedy response in this regard.
