Hi there, I have upgraded yesterday (28/02/2017) my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and I want to claim the Gear Fit 2 with Samsung. But for that I need a company headed letter invoice (with Vodafone logo on it) purchase dated of 28/02/2017. This is needed for the claim process. It needs to show the merchant logo, i.e. Vodafone on it. Please, could you help?

Thanks again for your kind and promptly reply, but I have gone through this and others related threads, but unfortunately none of those solution applied to me. I haven't gotten any email from my upgrade order I have placed on 28/02/2017. I have only the dispatch order that contains the IMIE code, the date, but there is no Vodafone logo or Vodafone been mentioned at all. It seems I need a proper company headed paper with Vodafone logo on it and stating the purchase of the Galaxy S7 Edge details with the proper date on it. Please, help!

The correct avenues are to persevere with Customer Service and the procedures in the How to obtain proof pages.
I understand it's easy for me to say.
I assume you've checked any Spam Email In-Boxes ?

I will keep trying with the Customer Service, but long waits do not help much.
I am hoping someone from Vodafone tech team itself could see this thread and help me out on that? I have seen some other threads they were quite helpful.

Yes we have Vodafone Tech Teams here who help where they can.
They are a small team so it can take a short while for them to read all threads.
Please do continue with Customer Services as that is the correct path to follow too.

Sorry but as a fellow customer I have no way of escalating or highlighting your query to Vodafone here.
They work through every post and engage themselves.

Hi,
I have already tried that, but so far I haven't gotten anything from Vodafone. I gave also called the 191 help desk support line and the person has mentioned I would receive within a hour, also it did not work. Any other suggestion please?
