Proof of purchase

Hi there, I have upgraded yesterday (28/02/2017) my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and I want to claim the Gear Fit 2 with Samsung. But for that I need a company headed letter invoice (with Vodafone logo on it) purchase dated of 28/02/2017. This is needed for the claim process. It needs to show the merchant logo, i.e. Vodafone on it. Please, could you help?

Any resolution to this? I was promised by Vodafone an invoice would be in the box with the phone but got home tonight to my new phone, a packing note and ironically a flyer for the promotion! Will be contacting them asap but not amused.

I have received an email from Vodafone about my request for the Proof of Purchaase I have made in order to claim for the Samsung Gear Fit 2. On the email they say:

Thanks for requesting proof of purchase. Unfortunately this team is only able to provide documents to support an insurance claim – please accept our apologies.

If you’re trying to claim your Gear Fit2 from Samsung - all you’ll need is the receipt from when you purchased your phone. This will vary depending on where you purchased your phone from:

  • Vodafone Store
    If you got your phone from one of our stores you can use your receipt or your copy of the airtime agreement you signed in store.
  • Vodafone.co.uk or over the phone
    If you placed order from our website or with one of our advisers over the phone, you can use the confirmation email we sent you or the delivery note that came with your phone.
  • One of our partners, e.g. Carphone Warehouse
    If you got your phone from one of our partners you can use any email or paper receipt you received when making your purchase.

 

 

Unfortunately, I was not given any email confirming the upgrade of my phone to the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Not sure how I can get a proof of purchase for the Gear Fit 2 claim then? Any suggestions? I have requested them to send me the copy of the montly contract I have with them, maybe with that I can proceed with my reward claim!
