Hi
I have two problems. My partner has a new phone with new sim card (he has kept the same number) the phone is working OK but won't connect to the sure signal.
I tried to access the sure signal on my account to remove the number and re-add it and my Sure Signal is no longer showing on my account I only have the option to register a new sure signal. I dont want to do this as I live in a NO signal area so wont receive the security code text to access my account.
I have been in touch with vodafone via chat and they have removed my partner's phone number and re-added it (it still won't connect and have not received text to say it is added) and they were supposed to be adding my sure signal back onto my account (they can see the SS their end)
I have waited the required 24 hours (in fact more than that) and neither issues have been resolved.
