Please try deleting the My Vodafone app, make sure your phone is running on the latest software and reinstall it.

 

If you're still having trouble, please come and speak to Live Chat so we can look into this for you.

Thanks i have tried this but its still not working. Is there a way you could push out an update for the app. I am not a business customer. Screenshot_2015-10-28-14-47-53.png
