Hi, I couldn't manage my sure signal as the only option shown was "remove me" so I tried deregistering it, only I now can't reregister it as it links the serial number to a device that is still registered, even though I've had a confirmation email to say that it's deregistered.
I have a new phone on a different contract that I need linked with my sure signal, as the old contract will expire in a few months, can someone properly deregister this for me so I can start again?

Can I ask if you definitely deregistered the Sure Signal and didn’t just remove your number as a user?

I just clicked on "remove me" which now only gives me the option to register a sure signal, which when I try this it says the box is already registered and there are no other management options available.
