After numerous e-mails and a couple of missed phone calls,I am STILL awaiting to talk to someone who MAY be able to help me!!!!
Guess what, I have just received a messagfe from the e-forum staff and it says ........... 'go back to the shop and complete registration. I already have dear readers (last week) and they insist it is already registered.
What's more the e-forum staff have been kept fully informed.
I hate to sound rude, but are the staff at Vodafone really this stupid - or is it some cleaver ploy to wear youy down!!!
No wonder Vodafone have such a stinking reputation.

Another cerebral missive from the forum staff: -
On informing them AGAIN that local shop states that I am registered, I am informed that Vodafone HQ need 'updates at this end'. What Updates!!!! - absolutely no specifics!!!
Please explain to me how can I input data when I have recently been locked out of my account.
Why doesn't someone with a little sense and the ability/seniority to modify/repair the files simply ring me and sort it out.
I get more sense from my dog.

May I therefore ask why you ask me to give a specific time and date for contact - surely the constraint is going to be when you decide to ring me - aspecially as I have no idea how long your queue is!!!!!!!
