4.handset performance degraded, SMS sending takes 20 mins or more, Wi-Fi performance appears poor too.

5. All networks except 4g as not enabled.

6. Started at least 2 days ago.

7. Happens all the time.

As both of these issues are happening in multiple areas and when on Wi-Fi, this would confirm a handset issue.
