I ordered a new phone 2 weeks ago and it arrived the very next day (Great i thought). Within a day or 2 it became aparant that the new Galaxy S6 didn't work properly. I rang CS on the Monday and was told i would get a new one sent out straight away and someone would pick the faulty one up on Wednesday (yesterday), so i rang up Tuesday evening just to make sure as i'd booked time off work that it would arrive next day. I was at this point told that whoever ordered a replacement had in fact ordered a brand new contract, new phone, new sim etc as opposed to a replacement, so as a result was promised a new phone would come Thursday as I'd rang Tuesday evening and missed 2pm deadline for it to be sent out. So again i booked yet another day off work (£180 lost so far in wages) as was told I would get it today (Thursday). Lopw and behold no phone turned up today again. I ended up going on the chat online today and was kept on there for 2 hours just to be told the order was still open and hadn't even been sent, so now they tell me it's tomorrow but we'll see about that. Why won't one person just take control of the situation and get me a phone which works. I have a young child and have no means for anyone to contact me. All i am asking for is someone to look into this and NOT keep lying to me, perhaps i need to go on as many forums as i can and expose them for shoddy customer care. They have sent me a faulty phone but now seem like they don't want to replace it, how about i don't want to pay my bill? They even had the cheek to trey take a payment out my bank for a phone that don't work. Maybe iu should just sell the phone for parts and tell Vodafone where to stick it, I'm sure customer services would be in contact then. The cheek and attitude i got from Vodafone was disgusting and shocking beyond belief, wish i had just gone with O2 now, you don't expect to order a new phone to be sent a faulty one then jump through hoops for 2 weeks tro a wall of sielence.
