Hi
Can someone from the tech team please help me to re register my vodafone sure signal.
Its not connecting to my phone and tells me on line that is registered to a different user (I bought it new from Vodafone and haven't touched it since installing it).
I have the serial number, please help as the reception in my area is dreadful and I'm worried I'm missing calls.

Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
