So im fed up of not being able to look at "age restricted" content on 4g 

i have been told it has been fixed in the live chat 6 times now 

and nothing has hanged.

im fed up of being told that this is resolved andnot having any changes on my phone

A little while ago some account holders did experience issues when wanting Content Control turned off. 

 

Is it turned off as per your MyVodafone > How-do-I-switch-off-content-control-on-my-mobile-device.

 

I note you've tried Live Chat to get this resolved. 

I'd suggest contacting Customer Services on 191 as an alternative.

So i rang 191 and the bloke on the other end said there is no bars at all on my phone and that he doesnt know what to do from there ?! So what next this is becoming a pain now 

tried everything exhausted all avenues any help would be appreciated vodafone?!
