You can register your SureSignal online in your account. There have been reports of the SureSignal part of the online account not working at present. If you are affected by this, call 191 or use LiveChat - they should be able to help you register the device.

Please advise what happens when V1 sure signal fails and although checks including another system reveal no problem it still will not work at home.Made a number of landline calls but so far no result other than suggestion to buy a new sure signal.Unable to use 191 for technical advice as no signal here (black hole) without sure signal.Any constructive help would be appreciated as have spent hours trying to sort this out.Has worked without fault for years but following recent BT broadband outage will not connect.

Have been through the card on this with vodafone and spent a lot of time.I also contacted BT which has not resolved the issue.I have a homehub 4.I have tried everything suggested and still will not connect.Have found the call vodafone method to be a dead end as all different solutions and a lengthy process for no result.Please someone help if they can.
