I know this has been asked loads of times before but I can't actually find a resolve anywhere.
Trying to register a Sure Signal device and get 'Error invoking portlet "VAPGatewayController"' after clicking on post code / address confirmation.
Have cleared cahe and cookies and tried two different browsers (Chrome and IE still get same message.
Any help gratefully received please!

Hi
Is this a new Sure Signal or Pre owned one ?
Has it been unused for a period of time ?
Just to advise Customer support via 191 or Live Chat from a
computer can help.

Try this.....
Login to your Vodafone online account, then click on the purple box marked See Usage Details which is next to your mobile number, on the next page click on Manage Services, then hopefully you'll see Sure Signal and then you should be able to register it. Whether it will work is another matter. Mine hasn't for ages and no help from the team on here no matter what I try.

Vodafone alledegly registered the device for me last night.....but it isn't working this morning.
What a gash product / service - luckily work paid for it or I would be asking for a refund!
