Please can someone provide more detail about the process of resetting the VSS2 than is provided in the troubleshooter instructions. How long should it take for the three lights to start flashing when you hold in the reset button and switch on the power? It is not easy to do this simultaneously! I have tried it, and held the reset button on for about 90 seconds after the power was switched on and I didn't get the three lights to do what it says. The red power light came on, then a couple of times the two white lights flashed momentarily, but I don't think this matches the instructions. If it may take some time for the required sequence to occur, that's fine, we just need to know! As it may take 24 hours for the process to complete I don't want to wait 24 hours only to find that I hadn't actually reset it properly. Before any one asks, the reason I am resetting is because I cannot get a reliable service (none at all for the last couple of weeks) and even when there is apparently a service I cannot get my phones to connect.

Hi molly29,
It shouldn’t take more than 30 seconds until the lights show/flash and once they’ve done so, you can remove and re-insert the power lead. When the lights then flash again (usually within a few seconds), you can release the reset button. The Sure Signal will then come online in about an hour.
Thanks
Andrew
