Resync my sure signal please ?

Sure signal V1 seems to be having the same problem as quite a few other people, 3 lights on but no 3G signal to the phone.

De-registered & re-registered the box  -  no solution.

Tried the full reset (including removing the ethernet cable as well as power cable) - still no solution even after waiting an hour to plug the ethernet back in.

 

Please could you do a resync on Sure Signal serial number:  21230044683

Then I'll try the full reset again.

Appears to be working again now, full signal & 3G.
