Hi
after 3 weeks of nightmare exchanges with the customer service in store, on the phone and via chat, it was finally diagnosed that the phone I received is faulty.
Therefore I need to exchange it but all behold, the phone and chat lines are not available today for 6 to 8 hours "as we upgrade our systems" and returns can only be done over the phone !
Can someone from Vodafone here help me please ? I have no phone line, no phone working and I pay 43£ a month for that pleasure.
I would really appreciate a kind gesture.
Thank you

Hi Stephanie and welcome to the forum,
As always in these situations other customers, like me, will tell you to take the phone directly to an Apple store and forget about Vodafone. If the phone is faulty the Apple still should exchange it there and then for a new unit that isn't faulty.
That is by far and away your best bet. However, if you do that make sure you get the paperwork as you'll need it to get the phone unlocked by the network in the future.

Yep, just take it into an Apple store and they will exchange faulty phones.
