I upgraded to an iPhone SE today and I don't like it. If I return it tomorrow will I be able to get all my money back? I also took out insurance, and I had to pay £30 upfront.

Hi @Anniebee52
That won't be a problem. The phone will need to be returned the same way as it was purchased.
This is also going to mean your contract will be reverted back to the tariff you were on prior to upgrading, with the new tariff starting almost immediately, you probably won't see the change until next months bill.
Please see below for returns policy.
If you have any questions after returning the phone, live chat is there to help.

When you say returned the same as it was purchased, obviously I have tried it so I have downloaded some apps, and the man in the shop transferred my contacts onto it. Is that a problem?

Hi @Anniebee52
You should really make sure your icloud account has been deleted and the phone has been returned to factory settings. This can be done by following the link below.
Any problems, the store will be able to make sure any data has been erased.
You will get a full refund, including the upfront charge and insurance. The insurance will need to be cancelled or you will continue being charged. Any refund is usually given as a bill credit and will be on your following months bill.
Any questions, the store will be able to help when you return the phone.

I think that is a bit beyond me, so I will have to ask them to do it in the shop. Will I get all my money back, including the £30 upfront and the insurance?

@Anniebee52 - You’ll receive a refund for any upfront costs, as well as additional line rental charges if your plan was more expensive.
You will however, pay the new line rental amount for the period you had the new contract. So for example, if you return it after four days, you’ll pay four days line rental at the new amount and then your plan will revert to the previous amount.
