SIM Swap (standard to micro sim) and now Sure Signal not working

Serial number of sure signal is 41113746568

Swapped my SIM from Standard to Micro about three months ago and after resetting the box and re-registering loads of time my phone still will not work with the sure signal box (No Service.) - However other Vodafone users ive added have no problems using it.

Everything looks fine with the registration.

What phone are you currently having trouble with?

Do you pick up 3G signal when away from the Sure Signal?

If you put your SIM in a different phone, do you get the same issue?
