I had exactly the same problem a couple of weeks ago. The eforum team here will be able to look into this for you and make sure everything is working properly.

The VFSS probably justs needs a reset from VF's end (a re-sync) to pick up the SIM change. 191 or forum team shoyuld be able to do this for you.
