SIM swap to nano, Sure Signal not picking up

Hi,

My husband has got a new phone so had to change to a nano SIM.

Now it will not register with the Sure Signal.

I have done a factory reset and still it will not register.

He is the owner of the Sure Signal but the area of the website to transfer ownership of the Sure Signal to me is down and has been since yesterday morning, since that registered a new SIM when I changed.

Please can anyone help, when will the website be back for managing Sure Signal? 👍

I had exactly the same problem a couple of weeks ago. The eforum team here will be able to look into this for you and make sure everything is working properly.

The VFSS probably justs needs a reset from VF's end (a re-sync) to pick up the SIM change. 191 or forum team shoyuld be able to do this for you.
