Hello @steveo67
I hope this is sorted for you ASAP.
I can't do as you ask as I'm a fellow customer but I thought I'd post to pass on this little bit of knowledge.
It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. Even if lights / power are showing. They are available on eBay for around £10.
From member cineriv "But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc."
I wish you all the best.

Hi Lee,
I could not check that the SS is still registered and My Account page does not work (please see the other post you replied to).
It was working last week and nothing has changed with the router or configuration at my end.
to start off LED 1 is on
LED 2 blinks (slowly)
LED 3 is off
LED 4 is off
I did another full reset of the unit. now LED 1 is flashing and LED 3 is flashing (faster flash)

I am pretty sure it just needs a re-sync as I am sure this was the problem last time I had an issue.
Thanks
