Hi,


Since last Friday (1st Nov), we have (vodafone users) very unstable signals in regions of SW14 & SW15.
On the phone always show good signals,  but the 3G internet was not connected and even wouldn't be able to make phone calls. It happened all the times, sometimes it would come back to normal, but sometimes don't.

Could you please check this issue for us.

If you are still experiencing the issue having completed these steps, post the template with your answers here and I'll have a member of the team get back to you ASAP.

Hi Matt, 

 

Thanks, I have checked the coverage web page. It says:

"We'll be doing some work on our network in this area to improve your 2G and 3G call and data coverage. Sorry if you notice any disruption. We're expecting to start work on 12/11/2013 08:00:00 AM and to have things back to normal by 12/11/2013 06:00:00 PM. Everything else should be working fine.~"

 

Hopefully by the time, everthing woud work. But it is still week to go.....
