Past two days I've had zero signal at my office desk where I normally have full signal. It is marginal better at home 1 mile away but still. When travelling out of the area yesterday signal was fine

6) When did you first notice this issue? 17/01/17

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? permanent for the last 24 hours

@iSeaborne We've recently fixed an issue within your area on 18 January 2017 at 5.24pm. 

It can take up to 24 hours for the network service to stabalise after a fix. 

Let us know if you continue having issues.

Yes reception was restored at 5:30 it had been out for roughly 30 hours
