My new Samsung A5 supplied by Vodafone, will not register with my Vodafone Sure Signal unit.
My previous Samsung S5 did this with no problem.
HAving contacted Vodafone I amnow on my third SIM.

The first thing to do is to make sure the phone is set to 3G only. It is then recommended to deregister the Sure Signal through your online account, wait 24 hours and reregister adding the number.
It my be worth mentioning that if your A5 came direct from Vodafone and you are on an eligible tariff, you have the option of WiFi calling. There is further information for you below.
