any joy, @claudine83?
If it's been working OK, I have found that generally rebooting everything and giving things time to sort themselvers out works - reboot router, turn SS 3 off whilst the router is booting. Turn all phones off (not just airplane), then turn SS3 on and phones on and wait. My replacement SS3 seems to boot faster than my original one. The old one sometimess took a couple of hours to come back up again after re-start, especially if it had been off for a while

@claudine83 From your light sequence, it would appear that your Sure Signal is having trouble connecting to your router.
Please check the connections are all set up correctly and test a different Ethernet cable.
Let us know how you get on. :smileyhappy:
