I have had a problem with my sure signal for two months. at least 10 calls/web chats to Vodafone which were a waste of time as Sure Signal support knowledge is very poor. Having changed my Sure Signal box and my Router to no avail. I figured out is was somrthing to do with the registered post code as I am in a development which is less than 5 years old. I tried entering a Post Code near to me which had been around much longer. PROBLEM SOLVED.
Vodafone dont update their postcode database for Sure Signal. frequently enough. I did suggest this tothem around 5 phones ago but still no action.
