Samsung Galaxy Note 5

Annoyed Samsung won't sell the Note 5 in Europe and looking to import from the US or Asia.

Can Vodafone state what variant works and is compatible with their 4g bandwidths so I know which part of the world to shop in.

Vodafone bought into that particular spectrum so the phone needs to both run on 800mhz and Band 20. 

Are you able to liaise with the site you purchased on to enquire?

Leaving the phone off as we speak. I have maybe messed up on my research as I had understood that it was 800Mhz that they operated on for 4g and didn't realise they used 2600MHz as an instead of, rather than an aswell as. It I hadn't considered that it varied from area to area. Would be a total killer if that were the case as I have a second phone on the way for a family member.

Go to Settings > About device.  It will be a long code with numbers and letters. Also, in the same section will be the model number, please could you post that also.

Found it, baseband version is N9200ZCU2AOKA

That handset was intended for Hong Kong / China and not UK.  Please bear with me whilst I do a bit more digging for you.

I was looking at the one in http://www.expansys-usa.com/samsung-galaxy-note5-dual-sim-sm-n9200-unlocked-lte-32gb-gold-platinum-2...

Not sure if it's the same as your model but it does not support the right bands or frequencies.

Does it look to be the same as your model number
