Hi been waiting for my Galaxy S5 for nearly two weeks now and had the usual (removed) replies every time i have contacted vodafone online with their not so helpful live chat and on an actual call with a so called supervisor. once again tonight i called and requested a call back which was supposed to be 3-6 mins but took 20 mins and instead of getting a call back from upgrades or customer services i got a billing agent who could do nothing to confirm my handset had been dispatched and was told to call back tomorrow, canceling my order was beyond his remit too! (just for a heads up anyone waiting for the samsung galaxy s5 black/ got told tonight by a reliable source that they were both being discontinued).Grrrrrrrrrr
