Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Switching Off

I am having issues with my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge it keeps switching it self off. Last time was for 2 hours. I have now backed up my phone as i do not know if next time it will switch of permently

 

I called last week and was told I would be called on Monday to sort an exchange and was no called. I have called twice today and told I would be transferred to the department to sort my exchange to both times have the phone put down on me.

Sorry your having issues with your phone.

May I ask if you tried a Hard Reset which has been known to help.

Unfortunately you will need to persevere with Customer services on 191 or Live Chat for clarification on the handset swap As we are customers with no account access.

Yes, I didn't that after the first time it switched off.

It may also be worth popping into a Samsung Repair Centre. They are very good at diagnosing issues and sorting them out,
