Upgraded from Sony phone to Galaxy S6 edge and unable to send texts to iPhones, the screen freezes. I thought it was all texts not working but it's only texts to iPhones. Any one else had this problem?
I was told a virus was the only possible solution. I will contact Samsung to see if they can help. I can phone the contact and receive phone calls from the contact but no texts. We have checked that nothing is blocked. It's so frustrating. Thanks for your help.
I can't see why a virus would affect only one contact, but you could install AVG or Avast and see if they find anything. Did you ask the owner of the iPhone to check that they haven't accidentally blocked you?
