Setup with a business account - Nightmare

morning, i took out my 12 month SIM only on the £19.20 deal on Thursday 1st September. First alarm bells when i tried to install the iOS app and was told i was a business customer. After countless online sessions trying to get it sorted and told one thing after another, mostly wrong I am still having trouble trying to install the app. To make maters worse, i received a bill yesterday for £33, again countless sessions online and even trips back to the Moorgate shop who told me they've sorted it, i'm still unable to install the app. I've been told i was on the old Crystal system and that i'm now on the correct system with the correct discounted contract, but after being told so much rubbish and the wasted trips back to the shop i'm still not convinced. Any ideas how i can get this sorted once and for all? As i'm thinking of cancelling this contract under the 30 day cool off period and just getting a new one that would hopefully be setup correctly from the word go. thanks

Its not sorted, i cant view my bills or usage or payments etc online, or via the telephone, I get through to standard CS who cant view my account and transfer me to business, how do I get a pac code, may aswell move network

Hi the same thing has happened to me today 07.04.17 I have taken out a 12 month SIM only installed the iOS app and was told I was a business customer.

Also set up my online account and this is a business account as it is completely different to my husbands. I am off on holiday next week and would like to get this resolved ASAP; if  a Moderator can help I would be grateful.

I am in the same position as others on this thread...set up with Business Account, when I am not a Business user, so unable to use Vodafone App.....Please could you advise on how I can resolve this issue, and become a Personal user.

The only way I got this sorted was to go to the directors office complaints and they basically disconnected my first account set me up a new account and ported my number over. 

 

Apparently the shops have a percentage of business customers they need to hit and if they ask do you ever need to make a call for work... which I answered yes maybe one or two a year they see that as justification to sign you up as a business customer to help their numbers....
