That's actually the storage. The problems you're experiencnig can occur when the operating memory (RAM) is getting full. In that case, closing recent applications can solve it. Hoewever, this early in its life, I'd go for a new device, too. When you get it, run it with no additional apps for a few days. If it's OK like that, but the problems recur when you start adding apps, one of them is likely to be the problem, so remove them in reverse order until it goes away and you've found the culprit.

The ultra 6 has no option to remove battery so I'll go back into shop as I just got last week.
When you go back to the shop, please take the original paperwork you were issued as well as the device, the original box and accessories. The staff will then be able to process an exchange for you.

Hi
if things are going wrong so early into owning the device I don't blame you losing confidence in that one Which is why I pointed out the 14 day option.
Please let let us know how you get on.

Absolutely not, closing apps all the time isn't a long-term solution, but it would help to narrow the cause of the problem down. If you have an app that's hogging memory, that could be it. It's just a question of narrowing it down and getting rid of it. I doubt any popular mainstream apps (such as WhatsApp) would do that, though.
