Signal deterioration

I have a dual sim phone and the signal constantly varies on the Vodafone network, I also use a T-Mobile sim in the same phone and the signal for that is rock solid. I have swapped the sims over with the same result the Vodafone one varies. This happens in all locations not just at one, someone suggested that in might be a faulty sim. Could this be the case? and if so how do I get a new sim.

Its possible depends how old the sim is

Vodafone are doing alot of Network improvments so things are all over the place

also if you pass into a Busey area that can effect things

But the sim is the first port of call

Thanks it sounds like the sim is the problem as it is probably well over five years old. How do I get a new one.

If its the old style then nip into any Vodafone store its the best way as they can transfer every thing over and activate it for you
