Sim Card Registration Failed

Hi

I bought a nokia N97 Mini on contract today from one of your stores. I keep getting the Sim card registration failed message and was wondering is this due to me transfering my number from t mobile or a fault with my new sim? please help

You don't need your old SIM to be able to get the new SIM activated.

 

The quickest way to get this solved would be through a Vodafone store.  Most probably your number simply needs to be transferred to a new SIM but it needs to be done on a new blank SIM which is available from a store.
