Hi,
Both my husband and I have a Samsung Galaxy Y and use a Vodafone Pay As You Go sim card.
Suddenly yesterday I got an error message:- "mobile network not available" after trying to send a text and and then trying to make a call, even though I had five bars on the signal strength icon.
As my husband"s phone was working perfectly so we swapped sim cards and the error came up on his phone. Therefore it would appear there is a problem with my sim card
Could someone please assist me with this problem and if the card is "Kaput" and I have to get a new one, can I keep my number?
