I got a notification for a software update so I tried installing it. Right when it finishes, it says error. So I take the battery out and turn it back. Then I get a robot lying down with a warning sign and it says no command then it quickly goes to recovery mode. I tried factory resetting and still didn't fix it. Can someone explain to me on how to fix it?
EDIT: By the way if I boot it, instead of the vodacom logo it shows "No command" message

Hi,
I note you mention "vodacom".
This is a forum for Vodafone Uk so advice given msybe need to be checked with your own countries Network. Vodafone Uk Network isn't connected to another countries Vodafone network so T&C and processes maybe different.
If a Factory Reset isn't resolving this then the update may have caused an issue you cannot remedy from your end.
I'd suggest to perhaps perform a Google Search. I just have and there are quite a few hits with discussion and advice on similar issues.
If no joy then if your phone was bought from Vodafone and is still under the 24 month warranty you could choose to pop into a Vodafone store and have them take a look and if necessary send it off.
Take time and date stamped pictures of it to show its aesthetic condition if you need to On its return and ask the employee to note its condition.
Remove any SIM card, Sd Card ,battery and back cover prior to sending it off.
